The School of Young Leaders, held for the 10th time from 11th to 22nd February 2019 in Struga, hosted prominent lecturers who shared their knowledge, skills and experiences in order to improve the leadership capacities of the youth.
Focus of the 10th School of Young Leaders was the challenges of the 4th Industrial Revolution.
Traditionally, the President of the Republic of Macedonia, H.E. Dr. Gjorge Ivanov addressed the participants at the School's opening ceremony.

The participants of the 10th School of Young Leaders visited the new airport in Istanbul, which was put to use last year in October. The young leaders were introduced to the full airport operation, its current stage of construction, as well as the plans for its full completion taking place in four phases until 2028, when it is expected to serve 200 million passengers per year to 300 destinations. During the visit, the participants of the School of Young Leaders were accompanied by Ms. Pinar Ayvaz Arikan, General Manager of Turkish Airlines in Skopje.
A presentation was given at the 10th School of Young Leaders by previous participants of the School of Young Leaders and current members of Ivanov School of Leaders – Alumni Association (ISLAA) who presented the Association's work, activities and projects.
