
Ile Masalkovski,PhD,graduated at the Faculty of Law “Iustinianus I” in Skopje, Department of Political Science. In the academic year 2006/2007, he enrolled at postgraduate studies in Public Administration, Inter-Disciplinary Studies for Public Administration in Bitola. In 2017 he earned a PhD degree in Public Administration, at "St. Kliment Ohridski" University in Bitola. In that same academic year he was engaged first as a demonstrator and then as a teaching assistant for the subjects: Foreign Policy, Foreign Policy Analysis and Public Policy Analysis at FAMIS - Bitola. In 2009 he was employed as Head of Protocol and Organizational Affairs in the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia. He was appointed as Deputy Secretary General in 2010. He has experience of several years working in NGOs and international youth policy. He participated in many training courses, seminars in the country and abroad, as well as at the first “School for Policy” organized by the Council of Europe (2003-2004). He was Executive Director of the Civil Society for Democracy, Peace and Tolerance “Aurora” - Bitola and a Deputy Coordinator of the ECMI - Skopje. He is fluent in English and has a good command of French.
The Military Affairs Adviser to President Ivanov, Lieutenant General Gorancho Koteski, started his military education in the Military High School in Sarajevo in 1980. After graduating from the Military High School, he graduated from the Military Academy in Sarajevo, obtaining the rank of infantry officer. He graduated from the Command and Staff Academy "General Mihajlo Apostolski" in Skopje, and later completed his higher defense studies at the NATO Defense College in Rome. In his career so far, he has completed several courses in Germany, the USA and Canada. In 2013, he earned a Masters degree in the area of defense and security with a thesis entitled "The Army of the Republic of Macedonia in the system of national security". During his career, he exercised numerous duties such as platoon, company, guard battalion commander, as well as commander of the Training Center for Branches and Special Units, deputy commander of the Second Mechanized Brigade in Kichevo, Commander of the Joint Operations Command. In the period between 2003 and 2008, by Decree of President Boris Trajkovski, he was appointed as military attaché in the Federal Republic of Germany. From 2009 until 2011, he performed the duty of Aide-De-Camp of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov. In 2011, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, he was appointed as Chief of the General Army Staff of the Republic of Macedonia and held that position until 2015. As of 2015, by Decree of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, he was appointed as Adviser on Military Affairs to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia.

Flora Kadriu, Special Advisor on Domestic Policy Issues in the Cabinet of the President of the Republic of Macedonia and member of the Security Council of the Republic of Macedonia. She graduated from the Faculty of Pedagogy “St. Kliment Ohridski” in Skopje, obtained MA degree at the Faculty of Public Administration and Political Science at the University of Southeast Europe, and her PhD thesis concerned “Civil and Political Rights, Cultural Diversity and Con-Social Democracy” at the Faculty of Law “Justinian I” in Skopje. Kadriu started her professional career in the Albanian Theatre in Skopje, where she was employed as an actress. Her first political office was in the City of Skopje as a councilor in the period 2005-2006. In the period 2006-2008 and 2008-2011, Kadriu was Member of the Parliament. She is a professor at the private university “FON” in Skopje.
Brigadier General Metodi Hadzi-Janev is an officer with a rich military, diplomatic and academic experience. He is a PhD in International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law at the "Ss. Cyril and Methodius" University in Skopje, and has a Masters degree in military studies at the College of military aviation in the United States. Metodi Hadzi-Janev graduated from the Military Academy "General Mihajlo Apostolski" in Skopje as one of the three best students and was thus awarded by the President of the Republic of Macedonia and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces. Metodi Hadzi-Janev is a member of the special units of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia for 12 years and is the first commander of the Macedonian Special Forces in Iraq. During his service in the special units, he performed several command duties. In 2015, Hadzi-Janev was appointed non-resident military adviser at the Permanent Mission of the Republic of Macedonia to the United Nations in New York and Defense Attaché of the Republic of Macedonia in the United States. Since 2017, Hadzi-Janev is associated professor at Arizona State University in the US, and was a professor at the Military Academy "General Mihajlo Apostolski" in Skopje. He is author and co-author of several books and papers in the area of cyber security and defense and has attended extensive international training in the fight against terrorism. He is the Vice President of the Euro-Atlantic Council of Macedonia, an official disseminator of the International Humanitarian Law of the Red Cross of the Republic of Macedonia and a member of the Expert Advisory Team of the Center for Crisis and Homeland Security at the Arizona State University in the United States. In December 2017, with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, he was appointed an Adjutant to the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia and President, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov. In December 2017, with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, he was promoted to Brigadier General.

Luljeta Qufliju has eighteen years of extensive experience working in various state institutions and NGOs. Her career began in the editorial board for culture in the Macedonian radio, its second program, within the MRTV, but at the same time she participated in many social and humanitarian activities. Upon completion of her studies at the Faculty of Pedagogy in Skopje, Qufliju also worked in the editorial board for culture of the daily newspaper Flaka. Luljeta Qufliju learnt the art of diplomacy working with international diplomats - representatives of many world organizations for many years. This experience goes back to 2001, when she joined the OSCE Spillover Monitor Mission to Skopje. During the many years of working experience with international organizations, Qufliju was engaged in the preparation of cultural and humanitarian events, and was actively involved in planning meetings and visits of important international and national delegations.
