Late last night we had an opportunity to see the true colors of the coalition government of SDSM and DUI which considers itself pro-European.

The publication of the Law on the Use of Languages and the Law on the Ratification of the Prespa Agreement in the Official Gazette without signed decree from the President of the Republic of Macedonia is against the Constitution.

Delivering these two Laws to the Official Gazette is a violation of Article 75 from the Constitution of the Republic of Macedonia, while the publication of the Laws is done illegally and serves as a basis for criminal prosecution.

This moment will show whether the Republic of Macedonia has a Constitutional Court, whether the Prosecution works properly, whether there is an independent judiciary and whether the rule of law exists.

I wonder whether the high representatives of the international community, who support this coalition government, would come out and support this way of adopting laws?

Whether they would support these precedents that produce unforeseeable consequences and damage the legislation and the legal state and whether these kinds of precedents are used in their own countries?
