The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov sent a letter of condolences to the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Mr. Goodluck Jonathan, on the occasion of the casualties in the recent terrorist attacks in Nigeria. 

Your Excellency,

It is with deep sorrow and feeling of resentment that I received the news of the terrorist attacks in the Federal Republic of Nigeria and I sincerely regret for the casualties in this huge tragedy.

In these sad moments for you, for the citizens of your country and the families of the victims and wounded, let me extend, on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia and on my personal behalf, expressions of deep sympathy. I would like to assure you that the hearts of the Macedonian citizens are with you and with the families of the victims in the terrorist attacks.

Please, Mr. President, convey my condolences to the families of the victims.
