It is my distinct honor and pleasure to extend my most sincere congratulations on your election as President of the Republic of Albania. Please accept sincere wishes for successful execution of this high and responsible office, good health and personal happiness.

I avail myself of this opportunity to express my satisfaction with the high level of friendly relations between the Republic of Macedonia and the Republic of Albania and to express my conviction that with joint efforts we will contribute in the further promotion of the same in all areas of mutual interest, both at bilateral, regional and multilateral level. I sincerely hope that we will continue the successful and fruitful cooperation we have established with your predecessor.

Allow me to use this occasion to emphasize my and the Republic of Macedonia’s firm commitment to further strengthen good neighborly relations and deepen political dialogue with the Republic of Albania. I am confident that our joint efforts in promotion of peace and stability in the region will contribute to its accelerated integration into the Euro-Atlantic structures. We are fully prepared for close cooperation in this area.
