Meeting with the leaders of the Evangelical-Protestant churches in Macedonia

The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov met today with the leaders of the Evangelical-protestant churches in Macedonia. During the meeting initiated by President Ivanov, the representatives of the religious communities presented their vision of their work in society. They informed President Ivanov about their daily activities through which they contribute to the revival and practice of moral and ethic values in each segment of social life.
President Ivanov pointed out that, by respecting diversities, we should build democracy and become a model of multi-ethnic and multi-religious tolerance based on the principle of inclusiveness in the Balkans and the rest of Europe.
During the meeting, the representatives of the Evangelical-protestant churches informed President Ivanov about their humanitarian work, publishing as well as their investment in young generations as future leaders and bearers of change in the Republic of Macedonia.
