Visiting the members of the Army at the liaison stationary - Vodno

The President of the Republic of Macedonia and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Macedonia Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, on the first day of the new 2011 visited the members of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia in Skopje’s liaison stationary – Vodno and congratulated them the New Year holidays.

Traditionally, every January 1st, I am with the members of the Macedonian Army and I send the very first greetings to the soldiers and officers of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia. While we were celebrating, they were here performing their duty and therefore we are all proud and grateful, President Ivanov said. The Macedonian Army soldiers in the liaison stationary – Vodno, on the occasion of New Year, received a TV from President Ivanov. Through a video link, President Ivanov wished success in the New 2011 to the Macedonian peacekeepers in Afghanistan and in Bosnia and Herzegovina.


 

The President of the Republic of Macedonia Dr. Gjorge Ivanov sent greetings to the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia. “Greetings to all citizens of Macedonia, with optimism, new strength, new energy may we face all challenges that are expecting us in the upcoming year”, President Ivanov said.
