The wife of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Ms. Maja Ivanova, during the official visit of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, to the Republic of Serbia, held a meeting with Ms. Dragica Nikolic, wife of the President of the Republic of Serbia, Mr. Tomislav Nikolic.

At the meeting held in the Palace of Serbia in Belgrade, Ms. Ivanova and Ms. Nikolic agreed that both nations are connected by rich cultural and historical ties. At the meeting, they exchanged information and experiences about the activities and initiatives Ms. Ivanova and Ms. Nikolic undertake in their respective countries.

According to the First Ladies' Program drafted for the official visit to the Republic of Serbia, Ms. Ivanova and Ms. Nikolic visited the primary school "Sava Jovanovic Sirogojno" in Zemun, where children with special needs and disabilities are educated.

"I am glad to be here during the official visit of my husband and I am glad I have the opportunity, along with the wife of President Nikolic, my dear friend Dragica, to visit this school," Ms. Ivanova said.

During her stay in Belgrade, Ms. Ivanova, accompanied by Ms. Nikolic, visited the National Museum.
