The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, on the occasion of September 28, the International Day of Bosniaks, sent a congratulation message to the members of the Bosniak community in the Republic of Macedonia.
Respected fellow citizens,
On my personal behalf and on behalf of all citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, I would like to congratulate you most cordially September 28, the International Day of Bosniaks, wishing you a positive mood and good health during the holiday.
Our common homeland, the Republic of Macedonia, has set as a highest priority fostering diverse cultural specificities and traditions and there is a place for every community in it. In our rich and unique multicultural mosaic, indelible is the existence of the Bosniak community which, with its tradition and culture, enriches our everyday life and diversity.
Allow me, once again, on the day of Bosniaks, to confirm that as a country, we remain committed to the development and promotion of the Bosniak culture and tradition, with a firm determination for their further promotion, nurturing and protection.
The Bosniaks, as well as the other ethnic communities, daily and unconditionally, give their contribution in all spheres of life in the Republic of Macedonia that contributes to the economic growth and prosperity of the state. We must jointly continue to build harmony, prosperity and well-being for us and for our followers.
