The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, received today in a farewell meeting the Ambassador of Indonesia to the Republic of Macedonia, H.E. Mr. Maruli Tua Sagala.

At the meeting, President Ivanov expressed satisfaction with the cooperation with the Ambassador and with his contributions and commitment to the promotion of the bilateral relations and cooperation between the Republic of Macedonia and Indonesia.

It was jointly concluded at the meeting that the cooperation between the two countries in the coming period should be intensified, especially the political and economic cooperation, and the cooperation in the fields of culture and education, which necessitates regulation of the legal framework.

The Ambassador of Indonesia, Mr. Sagala, expressed gratitude for the hospitality during his term and satisfaction with the performance of his diplomatic duties in the country.

Expressing appreciation for the current engagement and good cooperation, President Ivanov wished Ambassador Sagala success in his future endeavors.
