The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov sent a letter with expressions of condolences to the President of the French Republic, Mr. Nicolas Sarkozy, for the storm that brought floods in northern France, resulting in many casualties.
In the letter, President Ivanov expressed his deep sorrow to President Sarkozy for the tragedy that happened and for the lost lives. On his personal behalf and on behalf of the citizens of the Republic of Macedonia, President Ivanov conveyed expressions of sympathy for the irretrievable tragedy to the citizens of France.
