The wife of the President of the Republic of Macedonia, Maja Ivanova, along with her son Ivan, visited today the Pediatric Clinic in Skopje and gave Christmas presents to the sick children.

The Director of the Pediatric Clinic, Aspazija Sofijanova, expressed her gratitude and said that the First Lady of the state is a friend of the Clinic and spent the last day of the year to pay little attention to the children that resulted in many smiles.

- With a positive thought and energy, with some attention and shaking hands, all children who stay at the Clinic got the smile on their faces back. I believe that our cooperation will continue in the coming year too, Sofijanova said.

Ivan Ivanov said that the wishes all children to return to their homes as soon as possible and fill them with their children’s carefree smiles.

- I wish all children and all families happy New Year and Christmas holidays with best wishes for health, happiness, success, love, prosperity and only positive thoughts in the New 2015, Ivanov said.

Because of the treatment, 80 children, most of whom are at the Oncology department, along with their mothers, will spend the New Year’s Eve at the Children’s Clinic.
