The President of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov met, today in Ohrid with Mr. Xiao Ming, vice president of the Chinese telecom company ZTE, responsible for Europe, who held a lecture at the School of Young Leaders, which, upon the initiative of President Ivanov, is held in Ohrid. The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of the People's Republic of China, H.E. Mr. Wen Zhenshun.

President Ivanov was informed of the success of the company globally, as well as their business activities and plans in the Republic of Macedonia.

President Ivanov congratulated on the results of the company globally and expressed gratitude for the support of the School of Young Leaders, stressing that the Republic of Macedonia and the People's Republic of China mark the highest level in history of bilateral relations and should exploit all possibilities and potentials for further strengthening of the economic ties, as well as the cooperation in science, education and culture.

The vice president of ZTE, Mr. Ming, said he was impressed by the idea of establishing a leaders' school, extending congratulations for the organization at the highest level and the quality of lecturers and participants. The company expressed willingness to continue the cooperation and support of the school in the coming years.
